Job Overview

People Store Staffing Solutions is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to support a coffee packaging operation in Calgary. Successful candidates will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coffee packaging and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Meet productivity targets and daily performance expectations.
• Support the team during busy periods.
  

Schedule & Peak Season

The regular schedule is Monday to Friday. During the three-week peak period (November 16–December 4, 2026), shift times may change based on meet business needs.

Peak season opportunities include:

• 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• Operations will run seven days a week, with Saturday overtime opportunities.
• Part-time Saturday and Sunday shifts may also be available for the three-week period.

Peak Bonus Eligibility

Employees with perfect attendance, meet required KPIs, and follow all health and safety procedures to qualify for the peak bonus.
Part-time weekend employees are not eligible for the peak bonus.
