GrizzlyTrek is hiring a Temporary Class 1 Driver for our valued client in Calgary, Alberta. This is a temporary position. Drivers who are safe, reliable and take direction well are the ones we want to hear from.

We want drivers who work well with dispatch, take direction and put safety first. What You'll Do

• Operate a Class 1 commercial vehicle safely and in line with Alberta regulations
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects promptly
• Make sure loads are secured before the vehicle moves
• Keep accurate driving logs and delivery paperwork
• Stay in contact with dispatch and deliver to the schedule given
• Take part in hazard assessments, toolbox talks and safety meetings

What You Bring

• Valid Class 1 driver's licence
• Verifiable experience driving tractor-trailer units
• Working knowledge of pre-trip inspections and load securement
• Able to communicate clearly with dispatch, site staff and customers
• Reliable attendance, willingness to take direction, and a safety-first attitude
