Put your parts knowledge and customer service skills to work at Williams Machinery. - Build Your Expertise: Develop your knowledge of parts, equipment, inventory systems, and vendor catalogues while learning from an experienced team.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT HERE:
- Help Customers Find the Right Parts: Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person, using parts lookup systems to identify and source the right products.
- Keep Inventory Moving: Handle shipping and receiving, maintain organized inventory, and help keep the parts department and warehouse clean and orderly.
- Process Transactions Accurately: Open and close invoices, follow dealership payment procedures, and process core, warranty, and merchandise returns.
- Support Daily Operations: Maintain parts displays, assist with inventory records and data entry, and work collaboratively with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Compensation: $28.15–$45.47 per hour, as outlined in the current Collective Agreement.
