Requirements:

• Valid AZ or DZ Commercial License with a clean CVOR/abstract.
• TSSEA Tow License (Ontario Towing & Storage Safety Enforcement Act certified).
• 3+ years of professional tow operator or heavy transport experience.
• Ability to handle local dispatch, securing cargo, and customer service with professionalism.
• Comfortable with full-time on-call scheduling (nights/weekends rotation).

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate tilt & load tow trucks safely across North Bay and regional routes.
• Perform standard pre-trip/post-trip inspections and maintain basic equipment upkeep.
• Process payments and complete digital dispatch/run logs directly on phone/tablet.
• Ensure proper winching, rigging, and securement (tarping when required).
