Logistics Claims Coordinator

Denali Transport Inc. is seeking an experienced detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate and communicate clearly with various stakeholders for the role of Claims Coordinator. This role plays a crucial role in managing and processing claims efficiently and effectively.

As a Claims Coordinator, you will:

• Answer claim calls and take necessary steps to resolve it.
• Review and analyze claims submissions to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and other parties to negotiate claim settlements.
• Conduct follow-ups on outstanding claims to ensure timely resolution.
• Create and maintain claims management database.
• Enter documentation including, but not limited to, claim notes, estimates, photos, and correspondence into claims management database.
• Effectively communicate with clients, peers and leadership through written, verbal and in-person mean.
• Receive and enter vehicle accidents into appropriate database
• Process liability insurance claims, in accordance with accident details, Drug and Alcohol policies and DOT compliance
• Manage driver files under the accident policy
• Responsible for handling Denali Transport vehicle damage and communication with adverse parties related to vehicle accidents

Key Qualifications:

• Proficient clerical skills for effective documentation and record-keeping.
• Excellent negotiation abilities to facilitate claim settlements.
• Preferred to have some one who have experience in transportation industry or legal background.
• Proficient in English Language.

Additional requirements:

• Successful candidates may be required to provide a criminal history background check.
• Proof of education is required.
• Additional assessments may be conducted to evaluate competencies, skills and knowledge.
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.
