Digital Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team on a maternity leave coverage basis. This person will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to promote our company and services, along with frequently creating and posting content to various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of email campaigns using software such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Mailerlite, or equivalent software.
• Design engaging and professional content using graphic design tools like Canva, Photoshop, and other similar tools.
• Use professional video editing tools like DaVinci Resolve and CapCut to highlight company products, news, and projects.
• Schedule and plan posts for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in copywriting.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools, video editing, and social media platforms.
• Proactively create and execute a plan.
• A strong desire to learn.
• Knowledgeable about MS Office, marketing software, and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Ads, etc.).

This is a fixed-term position for maternity leave coverage starting December 7th, 2026 and ending January 3rd, 2028.
