Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) - Mobile | 70% Split | Flexible

Relax & Renew is looking for Registered Massage Therapists who want the flexibility of mobile practice, backed by a supportive team and systems that make the workday easier.

We currently serve the Niagara Region and Tri-Cities, and we welcome applications from anywhere in Ontario as we expand into additional communities.

This is an independent contractor opportunity providing mobile massage therapy in clients' homes, hotels, and other appropriate locations.

COMPENSATION AND SUPPORT

• You receive 70% of the treatment fee
• 100% of your tips
• 100% of applicable travel fees
• Weekly direct deposit
• Marketing, bookings, administration, direct billing, and payment collection handled for you
• Support with routine client communication
• Hands-on on-boarding and ongoing team support
• Our goal is to help you spend more time caring for clients and less time managing the work around each appointment.

A SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU

• Choose your availability, preferred service area, and travel radius.
• We ask that you offer online booking availability on one or two days per week, within the hours you choose, so clients have options to book with you. You can add or remove availability and schedule breaks as needed.
• You also choose your home base, such as your home or office, which is used to calculate travel distance.
• Travel beyond 30 km from your home base is optional. If you choose to accept farther appointments, you receive the applicable tiered travel fee.

TOOLS TO MAKE YOUR DAY EASIER

Our custom therapist dashboard brings the details of your mobile practice together in one place:

• Appointment details and client intake forms
• Digital charting, with the option to upload your own written notes
• Travel information and navigation
• Scheduling and availability
• Expected pay for your appointments
• Once your registration, insurance, and on-boarding are complete, you can begin accepting bookings in your service area.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Current registration and good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
• At least $2 million in professional liability insurance
• A reliable vehicle
• A smartphone
• Your own treatment equipment and supplies
• Comfort providing professional mobile treatments in clients' homes, hotels, and other appropriate locations
• Marketing materials are available if needed. Throughout on-boarding and beyond, you'll have someone to reach out to for guidance and support.
