Software Developer

Our Client is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to design, develop, integrate, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience, cloud-based microservices expertise, and demonstrated experience leading development teams and providing technical guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Java enterprise applications.

• Develop and deploy cloud-based microservices using Microsoft Azure.

• Build user interfaces, REST APIs, integration services, business logic, and database components.

• Implement automated unit, integration, API, database, and UI testing.

• Lead development teams, provide technical direction, and mentor developers.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with security, development, and testing standards.

• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, configuration management, and application monitoring.

• Troubleshoot application defects, performance issues, security vulnerabilities, and integration failures.

• Participate in technical design, sprint planning, release management, and production deployments.

• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.

• Prepare technical documentation and identify technical risks and dependencies.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing software development teams.

• Strong hands-on experience developing complex enterprise or public-facing Java applications.

• Experience developing user interfaces, APIs, services, integrations, and database components.

• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based applications and microservices in Microsoft Azure.

• Strong knowledge of API integration patterns, automated deployment, and configuration management.

• Experience developing automated tests for UI, APIs, services, and databases.

• Experience with secure coding, performance optimization, and code-quality practices.

• Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and SDLC.

• Experience conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and providing technical leadership.
