313A HVAC TECHNICIAN

Worklynx Recruitment Inc. is seeking a skilled 313A HVAC Technician for a full-time day-shift role in Kitchener, Ontario. In this position, you will perform preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and root-cause troubleshooting on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and manufacturing facility systems.

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and facility mechanical equipment.
• Conduct root-cause analysis, mechanical troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical schematics, and engineering drawings to assemble or modify equipment.
• Work safely at heights up to 40 feet using ladders, elevated work platforms, and scissor lifts.
• Follow all workplace safety standards, provincial regulations, and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario 313A Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic licence required.
• 2 to 5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitudes and technical skills in HVAC system diagnostics and repair.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, maintain reliable attendance, and work weekend shifts as needed.

Assets

• Ontario 433A Industrial Mechanic Millwright licence.
• Ontario 442A Industrial Electrician licence.
• Gas Technician G1 or G2 certification.
