Salary: $58,000

We're recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager for an award-winning luxury property in a spectacular oceanfront setting on Canada's West Coast.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced restaurant professional who loves being on the floor, connecting with guests and leading a talented team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

You'll work closely with the restaurant leadership team, supporting daily operations, maintaining outstanding service standards, developing team members and creating the kind of warm, polished hospitality that guests remember long after they leave.

What we're looking for

• Previous supervisory experience within a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant or high-end hospitality environment
• Strong food and beverage knowledge with a genuine passion for wine
• WSET Level 2 preferred
• Candidates without WSET Level 2 must have strong wine knowledge and be confident successfully completing the property's in-house wine examination
• Confident leading and supporting a team during busy service
• Polished but personable approach to guest service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on, positive and happy to jump in wherever needed
• Someone genuinely excited by the lifestyle that comes with living and working in a remote coastal community
• Canadian work authorization required
