Outreach Representative

Team members can progress into leadership roles within 6–12 months by consistently meeting performance goals, demonstrating leadership potential, and completing our training program.

Hours:

• Full-time: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

Pay:

• Weekly
• $800–$1,200 OTE
• Base salary provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage community members through in-person outreach.
• Consistently acquire 10+ new donors each week.
• Share information about our partner charities, including Tillium Health Partners, SickKids Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society, Save the Children, and Hope and Healing.
• Process donor personal and payment information.
• Maintain detailed, up-to-date donor records and complete daily logs.
• Meet or exceed weekly performance goals.
