Field Marketer

Valid driver's license and own car required (B2B & Field Sales)

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in B2B sales, field marketing, and door-to-door sales, who can actively generate leads, grow client relationships, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales and field marketing activities.
• Conduct door-to-door sales and promotional campaigns to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
• Monitor, report, and analyze sales performance and business development activities.
• Provide feedback to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in B2B sales, field marketing, or door-to-door sales.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
• Valid driver's license and own car required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
