Residential Concierge - Part-Time (Weekends)

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend Residential Concierge to join our team at a residential high-rise building in beautiful Downtown Vancouver.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys interacting with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service, and is committed to maintaining a welcoming, safe, and secure residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and welcoming front-desk service to residents, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond to resident inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
• Manage parcel deliveries, visitor access, and building communications.
• Monitor building security systems, including CCTV, intercoms, and access controls.
• Conduct routine building patrols and inspections of common areas.
• Identify and report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and security incidents.
• Assist with move-in/move-out bookings and elevator reservations.
• Respond appropriately to emergencies and follow established building procedures.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and shift handover notes.
• Communicate effectively with residents, management, and fellow team members.

Qualifications & Skills

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with people from diverse backgrounds.
• Previous experience in residential concierge services, hospitality, security, or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
• Dependable, punctual, and highly organized.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and exercise sound judgment.
• Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and a positive, approachable attitude.
