Experienced Spray Painter $25.00/hour

We have an immediate opening for Experienced Painter/Sprayer in Mississauga.

· The Production Associate – Sprayer works in the casting department and is responsible for

· the application of materials (mixed GRG and GFRC) into custom molds.

· This position involves operating high-pressure spray equipment.

· The sprayer must be someone who has skills operating technical machinery and an eye for surface consistency and detail.

· Location: Dixie Road and Lakeshore Road EAST

· $25.00/hour

· Shift: 7:30am – 3:45pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily setup, calibration, and breakdown of pumps, spray guns, and air

compressor lines.

• Apply fine and smooth coats of GRG and GFRC to molds, to specified thicknesses

with required quality.

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.

• Caring and cleaning of spray guns

• Directing the “toolers” for further spread of the sprayed material as needed

• Track piece count of each type produced during the shift

• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the spraying process.

• Maintain an organized workspace.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs.

• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle materials and tools.

• Skilled in using hand tools and power tools.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Attention to detail.

Work Environment:

• Workshop or manufacturing facility setting.

• May involve exposure to dust and varying temperatures.

• Requires use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
