Open kitchen associate

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team. In this role, you will work with the staff in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration skills, attention to detail, and work well in a fast-paced enviroment.

Duties

• Complete daily prep tasks to ensure ingredient freshness and readiness
• Maintain a clean and tidy dining room and customer-facing environment
• Follow all FoodSafe practices to ensure hygiene and safety standards are met
• Learn and become knowledgeable with the full menu, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Prepare and assemble incoming online and in-person orders accurately and efficiently
• Complete all assigned daily checklists, including opening, mid-shift, closing duties, and temperature checklists
• Wash dishes and sanitize kitchen tools, surfaces, and stations throughout the shift
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth kitchen and service operations
• Communicate proactively about stock levels, prep needs, and/or any issues that arise

Experience

• FoodSafe training or certification (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, of any sort
• Hands-on experience with food preparation or kitchen prep work
• Customer service experience, with a focus on communication and professionalism
• Familiarity with cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems.
