A leading exhaust fan manufacturing company based in Woodbridge area is immediately looking for a Full-Time Brake Press Operator to work in their sheet metal fabrication plant to start immediately.

Pay rate: $19 - $22/hr. based on experience.

Available Shifts:

Monday -Friday 8:00 am- 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

Performs daily machine check and Startup of machine or Equipment
Retrieves or receives raw materials for daily production from stock.
Set up proper dies in machine as required.
Programs computer attachment for required machine production.
Follow Press Brake process standard operating procedure
Bend aluminum sheet to create custom panels from drawings
Use inspection devices to inspect parts, according to print and product inspection plan
Make small, mathematically calculated, angle corrections and orienting the part correctly
Reading the print fully to understand tolerances, geometry, material thickness, and special instructions
Directs finished work -in- progress product to Shipping Area or to stock in warehouse

Requirements

3-5 years of experience
Experience with Amada or Trumpf machine
Wearing proper protective equipment, as directed by equipment or process;
Understand safety requirements in every area, and comply
Ability to read measuring tools
Ability to read blueprints
Basic understanding of geometry concepts and able to calculate negative and positive adjustments
