The Role We are seeking a passionate, adaptable teacher to lead our multi-age classroom (Grades 1–6) in a dynamic, collaborative co-teaching environment. In this role, you will design flexible, engaging learning experiences across core subjects while building meaningful relationships with a diverse group of learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Instructional Design: Create and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons aligned with Alberta Education standards.
• Differentiated Learning: Adapt instruction to accommodate varied learning styles, paces, and academic levels within a multi-grade setting.
• Collaborative Teaching: Work closely with co-teacher and educational assistants to foster holistic student growth and classroom harmony.
• Faith-Filled Environment: Cultivate a Christ-centered, encouraging, and vibrant classroom culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Alberta Teaching Certification
• Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.)
• Solid understanding of the Alberta K–6 curriculum
• Active alignment with our Statement of Faith and a life reflecting the fruit of the Spirit
• Proven ability to manage multi-grade dynamics and diverse learning needs with patience and creativity

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (full-time or part-time)
