  • Manage stakeholder relations and consultation processes, including engagement with Indigenous communities and local government councils.
  • Address stakeholder concerns and support initiatives that build community relationships and project acceptance.

Contractor & Consultant Management

  • Oversee third-party contractors and consultants responsible for environmental studies, permitting, resource assessments, engineering design, and interconnection studies.
  • Define and manage consultant scopes of work, deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with technical, environmental, and legal advisors to ensure projects progress efficiently toward construction readiness.

Planning, Reporting & Risk Management

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project development plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Monitor project progress, identify critical-path challenges, and proactively address potential delays or resource constraints.
  • Prepare and communicate project status updates, milestone reports, budget forecasts, and development schedules to senior leadership.
  • Identify development risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and maintain project-specific risk registers.
