Business System Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in Capital Markets, Product Control, and requirements management.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SQL, data mapping, APIs, Python, ETL/data pipelines, workflow automation, AI/ML, and DevOps.

What You Bring And Must Have Skills

• Great experience as a Business Analyst with progressively increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects
• Strong knowledge of Capital Markets products and processes
• Proven experience in requirements planning prioritization and elicitation techniques
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and MS Visio
• Proficiency in querying and analyzing data using SQL
• Experience working with APIs Python and AI
• Experience with workflow and process automation tools such as JIRA Confluence or ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of system integration concepts including ETL processes and data pipelines
• Undergraduate degree in Mathematics Engineering Business Finance or a related field
• Understanding of the Product Control function and its role within Capital Markets
• Handson experience with data sourcing and mappings for major Capital Market products
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• Experience with machine learning or predictive analytics concepts
