Budtender

About the role

We're looking for a friendly, dependable Budtender to join our cannabis dispensary team full-time. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, understands responsible cannabis retail, and can work evening shifts on weekdays and shifts on weekends.

What you'll do

• Welcome customers and provide helpful, informed service.
• Ask questions to understand customers' needs and guide them through available products.
• Maintain accurate records and handle sales and payments responsibly.
• Keep the sales floor and displays clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Support inventory counts, product receiving, and other daily store tasks.
• Work cooperatively with the team to create a safe, professional store environment.

Required qualifications

• Previous experience working in a cannabis dispensary.
• A valid SellSafe cannabis retail certification.
• Availability to work full-time, including weekday evening shifts and weekends.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and comfortable following detailed procedures.

Schedule

Full-time. Evening availability on weekdays and availability on weekends are required. Specific shifts will be discussed during the hiring process.
