Welcome Desk Gym Staff

Seeking enthusiastic, mature, energetic, reliable quick learner for early morning shift at a friendly, community gym.

Welcome members, check them in, sell memberships, drop ins, merchandise, refreshments, answer phones, cleaning. Forward other inquiries to management.

Hours are 5:45am to 1:45pm Monday to Friday . Must be 100% reliable as this is training as a keyholder position.

Our culture is top priority! Must have some knowledge and experience in health and fitness, be very welcoming, super friendly and professional, approachable, happy, encouraging, trainable and follow procedure. Filing. Record keeping. PoS and CSM program. Some janitorial, lots of customer service and sales. Bilingual fluently capable both written and spoken.

Includes 2 free gym memberships after 1 month employment. Base salary plus unlimited bonus structure weekly. Starting wage $15.90-$16.50 with advancement potential. Full training, ongoing training. Steady shift after initial training period.
