Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate other shifts as required
Compensation: $65,000–$70,000 base salary + bonus

Position Overview We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist Lead to join our Inside Sales team in Mississauga. This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with a strong culinary background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing customer relationships and supporting sales growth.
The successful candidate will play a key role in qualifying incoming leads, supporting pre-sales activities, engaging prospective customers, and coordinating opportunities for live product demonstrations. In addition to managing their own customer pipeline, the Lead will provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to Inside Sales team members.
Working closely with Regional Sales Managers and Sales and Marketing leadership, this individual will help strengthen lead management processes, improve customer engagement, and contribute to the overall success of the sales organization.
Key Responsibilities Lead Qualification & Customer Engagement
- Qualify and assess incoming leads generated through digital marketing channels, trade shows, website inquiries, and other sources.
- Research prospective customers and document relevant information, activities, and opportunities within Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct outbound calls, email outreach, and virtual presentations to understand customer needs, assess potential opportunities, and communicate product value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers through timely, professional, and consistent follow-up.
- Identify qualified prospects and coordinate live, in-person product demonstrations to advance the sales process.
- Support Regional Sales Managers with outbound calling campaigns, lead follow-up, prospect engagement, and customer visit scheduling.
- Help identify and prioritize high-potential leads to maximize sales opportunities.
- Coordinate communication between prospective customers and the appropriate sales representatives.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track lead progression, and contribute to regular reporting and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives, campaigns, and other business development activities.
- Provide onboarding, training, coaching, and ongoing guidance to Inside Sales team members.
- Share best practices for lead qualification, customer communication, CRM utilization, and follow-up processes.
- Help promote consistency, accountability, and high standards of customer engagement across the team.
- Support the continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and sales support activities.
- Assist Sales and Marketing leadership with team initiatives, special projects, and operational priorities as required.
- Travel for client visits, trade shows, industry events, and product demonstrations, as required, for up to 10 weeks per year.
- Represent the organization professionally when engaging with customers, prospects, and industry partners.
- Leverage industry knowledge and customer feedback to help identify emerging needs and business opportunities.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is mandatory, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders in both languages.
- A minimum of 3 years of kitchen experience, ideally in a Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar role.
- Experience in the catering, foodservice, hospitality, or commercial kitchen industry is considered a strong asset.
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer success, lead qualification, or customer-facing business development is preferred.
- Experience with cold calling, outbound prospecting, and customer follow-up.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms; Salesforce experience is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, organization, and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, identify customer needs, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Previous experience training, mentoring, or supporting team members is an asset.
- A bachelor's degree in business, hospitality, sales, marketing, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Willingness and ability to travel for client visits and trade shows, up to 10 weeks annually.
