Condominium Security Guard

Regal Security Inc. is currently hiring Full-Time Security Guards to become part of our dedicated condominium team. We provide elite concierge and patrol services for prestigious residential properties across The Greater Toronto Area. This role offers a fantastic chance to apply your expertise in safety and guest relations to serve as an Everyday Superhero for our local residents.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly and welcoming face of the condominium, while providing great customer service to all residents and visitors.
• Act as the first point of contact for residents and visitors of the condominium whether face to face, on the phone or through electronic communication.
• Uphold building rules to all residents and visitors to keep the community secure, while maintaining a safe, welcoming, and organized environment for everyone.
• Document all activity and interactions through Shift Activity Log, Incident Reports, Patrol Checkpoints and Service Logs.
• Use and take care of company equipment and ensure proper hand over procedures are being completed.
• Act quickly and calmly during emergencies, such as fire alarms, floods or elevator entrapments.
• Perform regular walking patrols to ensure the property is secure. Document patrols through required patrol softwares provided
• Contribute to a safe and positive workplace for yourself and your team, by staying up-to-date with building safety protocols and procedures.
• Handle daily operational tasks, including accepting and safeguarding resident packages, issuing parking authorizations for visitors, coordinating the scheduling of common areas and service elevators, and fulfilling additional responsibilities to support the team.

Requirements

• Ideal candidates will have full-time availability to work on all days of the week, including mornings, afternoons, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven background in concierge or security roles, or similar positions that emphasize delivering a professional, person-to-person service experience.
• Clear English verbal and written communication
• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence.
• Valid First Aid/CPR Certification.
