Program Manager
Company: Elevate Service Group Inc.
Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA), Ontario
Reports to: Director of Facility and Construction Services
Travel: Moderate travel across Canada as required
Scope: National Program Delivery | Construction & Rollout Projects | QSR & Hospitality
About us
Elevate Service Group is building Canada's leading integrated facilities management and essential commercial services platform. Through six operating companies — Infinity Group Construction, First Choice Maintenance, Charged Electric Services, Think Green Solutions, JJ&A Mechanical, and TFI Food Equipment Solutions — Elevate delivers electrical, plumbing, mechanical and HVAC, lighting and energy solutions, grease trap and drain care, general repair and maintenance, renovations and build-outs, preventive maintenance, capital asset management, and foodservice equipment service to multi-location customers across the country.
The platform has scaled to approximately $90 million in pro forma annualized revenue with an in-house technician base of 130-plus and continues to add capability through disciplined acquisition.
The commercial thesis is straightforward. Most facility owners and operators manage dozens of vendors across trades, banners and regions — with inconsistent service, no portfolio-level visibility, and administrative cost buried in every invoice. Elevate consolidates that spend under one accountable provider, one point of contact, and one technology, analytics and dispatch platform.
That thesis only becomes revenue if someone sells it. That is this role.
The opportunity
We are launching a dedicated channel with delivery capability to support national account programs, and we are hiring the first Program Manager to help build it.
Today, our team is executing multi-location rollout programs for major quick-service restaurant (QSR) clients, including large-scale installations, renovations, equipment deployments, and facility upgrades. These projects are typically modest in individual value but executed at significant scale across multiple provinces.
This role is not about managing a single construction project. It is about managing hundreds of smaller projects simultaneously, coordinating clients, contractors, trades, vendors, franchisees, equipment suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
You will become a foundational member of a growing business unit and have the opportunity to help create the processes, standards, and operating model that will support future national programs.
This role offers significant opportunities for professional growth and the chance to play a key part in shaping and scaling a rapidly expanding service line.
What you'll own
– Program Delivery
· Manage multi-site construction, installation, and equipment deployment programs across Canada.
· Develop project schedules, workback plans, forecasting tools, and reporting structures.
· Balance project priorities to ensure deadlines are met while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
– Client Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for franchise groups, corporate clients, and internal stakeholders.
· Build trusted relationships with clients and become a strategic partner rather than an administrative coordinator.
· Participate in client meetings, project updates, and executive reviews.
– Project Execution
· Coordinate contractors, electricians, plumbers, general contractors, and other trades.
· Oversee project milestones from sourcing and estimating through execution and billing.
· Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and project performance.
– Stakeholder Coordination
· Work closely with sales teams, equipment suppliers, operations teams, and construction partners.
· Ensure all parties remain aligned on deliverables, timelines, and customer expectations.
· Coordinate dozens of stakeholders simultaneously across multiple active projects.
– Vendor Management
· Assist in sourcing and managing subcontractors and service partners.
· Develop long-term vendor relationships and support the creation of preferred contractor networks.
· Evaluate contractor performance and support future procurement initiatives.
– Program Development
· Work directly with senior leadership to improve processes and build scalable project delivery models.
· Contribute to best practices, templates, reporting standards, and operational procedures.
· Help transform successful pilot programs into repeatable national service offerings.
What success looks like
– By month three: Successfully transition into active project management responsibilities. Gain familiarity with current client programs, vendors, and stakeholders and implement structured scheduling, forecasting, and reporting processes
– By month six: The successful candidate will independently manage multiple concurrent projects while consistently delivering on client expectations. They will build strong relationships with clients, franchise groups, vendors, and internal teams, while identifying and implementing process improvements that enhance scalability and operational efficiency.
– By month twelve: The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a growing portfolio of national rollout programs and helping establish repeatable project delivery frameworks that support future expansion. They will also contribute to the development of the team by sharing best practices, supporting onboarding efforts, and helping build a scalable project management function.

Who this role suits
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing many moving pieces simultaneously.
You thrive on coordinating people, solving problems, communicating with stakeholders, and keeping projects moving forward. You enjoy structure, planning, scheduling, and execution.

This is a growth opportunity within a new and expanding service line that is expected to become a significant part of Elevate's future business.
Compensation and what we offer
– Competitive salary.
