Auto Lube is growing, and we're looking for experienced, dependable people to join our team.

We currently have multiple openings for Licensed Automotive Service Technicians (310S) as well as an opportunity for an experienced individual to join us in a management position.

Licensed Automotive Service Technician – 310S

We are looking for licensed technicians who take pride in their work, are comfortable working in a busy automotive shop, and value honesty, efficiency, and excellent customer service.

Compensation

• Competitive hourly wage
• Commission opportunities in addition to hourly pay
• Compensation based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time positions available

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles
• Perform brake, suspension, steering, engine, electrical, and general mechanical repairs
• Complete routine maintenance and preventative service
• Accurately identify required repairs and maintenance
• Perform vehicle inspections
• Clearly communicate findings with management and service staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship

Requirements

• Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Certificate
• Automotive repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail
• Valid driver's licence
• Commitment to honest and transparent customer service

Management Position

We are also looking for an experienced individual to join Auto Lube in a management role.

The ideal candidate will have automotive industry experience and be comfortable overseeing day-to-day shop operations, employees, workflow, customer service, and sales.

Management Responsibilities May Include

• Overseeing daily shop operations
• Managing technicians and support staff
• Coordinating vehicle workflow and scheduling
• Assisting customers and explaining recommended services
• Preparing estimates and work orders
• Monitoring productivity and shop performance
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Supporting sales and business growth
• Ensuring the shop remains organized, professional, and efficient
• Helping build and maintain a positive team environment

Management Qualifications

• Previous automotive management, service advisor, or shop experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• Excellent organizational and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, motivated, and professional
