Senior Site Superintendent — High-Rise Residential Construction

High-rise construction demands a different kind of Superintendent.

You need to understand sequencing, structure, envelope, MEP coordination, interiors, turnover and the pressure that comes with managing a vertical project where one missed milestone can affect everything that follows.

Blackridge Search Group is recruiting experienced Site Superintendents and Senior Site Superintendents for high-rise and multi-residential construction opportunities in London and Southwestern Ontario.

We are particularly interested in connecting with field leaders who have delivered concrete or steel-frame residential towers, mixed-use developments, large multi-residential projects or other complex vertical construction.

Strong candidates may bring experience with:

• High-rise residential or mixed-use construction
• Concrete structure and tower sequencing
• Formwork, structural trades and building envelope
• Mechanical and electrical coordination
• Interior finishes and suite turnover
• Subcontractor and trade management
• Construction schedules and look-ahead planning
• Site logistics and material movement
• Quality control, deficiencies and occupancy
• Consultant, owner and project management coordination
• Safety leadership and site organization

Experience taking a tower from excavation or structure through occupancy is especially valuable.

Expected base compensation: $125,000–$165,000 annually, depending on experience and the specific opportunity. Additional compensation may include performance bonus, vehicle or vehicle allowance and benefits.
