We're looking for a dependable, hardworking, and motivated individual to join our team as a Shuttle Driver / Parts Driver / Lot Attendant.

This is a hands-on, versatile position that's perfect for someone who enjoys driving, working with people, staying active, and helping wherever needed. No two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities

Customer Shuttle Services

Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.

Coordinate customer pick-ups and drop-offs with the Service Department.

Assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle vehicle when required.

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable shuttle vehicle.

Deliver exceptional customer service and represent Cranbrook Nissan professionally.

Parts Pick-Up & Delivery

Pick up and deliver automotive parts, accessories, and supplies to customers, businesses, and vendors.

Ensure all parts deliveries are accurate, complete, and handled with care.

Verify parts against invoices, packing slips, and delivery documentation.

Assist the Parts Department with receiving, organizing, and putting away inventory.

Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate with the Parts Department regarding deliveries and pick-ups.

Ensure dealership delivery vehicles are clean, maintained, and operated safely.

Lot & Vehicle Maintenance

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking dealership lot.

Park, move, and organize new, pre-owned, and customer vehicles.

Assist with vehicle arrivals, deliveries, and inventory organization.

Ensure vehicles are properly displayed, clean, and ready for customers.

Remove snow, clear walkways, and assist with seasonal lot maintenance.

Monitor vehicle cleanliness and report any damage or maintenance concerns.

Assist with vehicle washing, fueling, and general preparation as required.

Support the Sales, Service, and Parts Departments with daily operational needs.

General Dealership Support

Assist with dealership errands and deliveries as needed.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and dealership vehicles.

Follow all dealership safety procedures and driving policies.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid BC Class 5 driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Comfortable driving a variety of vehicles, including both automatic and manual transmissions.

Previous driving, delivery, automotive, or customer service experience is an asset.

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physically capable of performing duties involving walking, standing, lifting automotive parts, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing daily needs.

Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
