Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities:
- 6-10 years of hands-on NOC experience supporting enterprise networks.
- Strong expertise in Routing & Switching technologies.
- Experience with Cisco networking technologies, including Meraki SD-WAN.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM).
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in a 24x7 shift-based support model.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki environments.
- Exposure to Data Center networking technologies.
- Familiarity with network monitoring, alerting, and ticketing tools.
- Cisco CCNA certification.
- Knowledge of SD-WAN technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise network environments in a NOC setting.
- Troubleshoot routing, switching, and Layer 1/Layer 2 network issues.
- Support and maintain Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers (WLCs), firewalls, and Meraki SD-WAN solutions.
- Monitor network performance, manage incidents, escalations, and coordinate with ISPs/vendors.
- Ensure timely resolution of network outages and service disruptions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical support to end users."
