CMM Technician / Programmer

Position: CMM Technician / Programmer

Location: Bradford, ON

Industry: Automotive Manufacturing

Overview & Requirements:

· 5 years of previous experience working in a similar capacity within a manufacturing or automotive industry.

· Experience in Blueprint Reading, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing, MSA, Gauge Usage, Statistical Process Control, & IATF16949 Procedures.

· Must be proficient at CMM Programming (Calypso and/or PC-DMIS software).

· Develop & maintain CMM Programs.

· Carry out Quality Assurance activities relating to the laboratory to ensure that the customer & the Company's quality targets are met.

· Develop & maintain the annual layout program.

· Develop CMM programs & perform inspections for prototype parts.

· Performs layout on products, tooling, gauges, fixtures, & other equipment as requested.
