Assistant Plant Manager

Job Summary

We are currently hiring an Assistant Plant Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role working directly on the plant floor while assisting with coordination, logistics, and team leadership.

• Assist with daily plant operations and production activities
• Support plant setup and workflow coordination
• Work alongside production teams on the floor
• Manage incoming and outgoing shipments
• Maintain efficiency across multiple production lines
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
• Step into leadership responsibilities as needed

• 5+ years experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Strong understanding of plant operations and workflow
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Forklift certification required
• Basic computer skills
• Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced setting

• $70,000–$90,000 per year (based on experience)
