Senior Front End Technical Program Manager

Pay Range: $60.00hr - $65.00hr

Job Overview:

The Technical Program Manager for Front End will oversee and drive the execution of front-end software engineering initiatives. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional delivery teams, ensure alignment with standards, and manage stakeholder relationships across product, design, and quality assurance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Front End development programs.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with UI/UX, Front End developers, QA, Product Owners, and business stakeholders.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release management.
• Ensure adherence to coding, performance, accessibility, and security standards.
• Monitor program KPIs, delivery milestones, and issue escalations.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and customers.
