Location: Markham, ON (3 days/week onsite – mandatory)
Type: Full-Time / Contract

Are you a cloud security expert passionate about building secure, scalable environments? We're looking for a Cloud Security Architect to lead the charge in implementing robust security architecture across AWS and enterprise systems.

✅ #AWSSecurity – Deep expertise in services like Security Hub, GuardDuty, Config, IAM, Macie✅ #IAM / #IGA – Experience with OKTA, Intra ID, and B2B authentication models
✅ #SecurityInfrastructure – Strong hands-on knowledge of firewalls, WAFs, SIEM, IPS, endpoint protection

As a Cloud Security Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our client's cloud and cybersecurity posture. You'll work closely with enterprise architects, CISO teams, and infrastructure leads to:

Define and enforce security standards
Embed ‘security by design' in all cloud initiatives
Conduct architecture reviews and governance
Balance strategic direction with tactical execution
Ensure compliance with design, privacy, and performance standards

• Design secure, resilient, and high-performance cloud solutions

• Collaborate across product and platform teams

• Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to the architecture community

• Recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices in cloud security

• AWS Certified Security – Specialty, CISSP, or CCSP

• Experience with CrowdStrike, Dynatrace, and endpoint protection platforms

• Solid grasp of cloud-native architectures and DevSecOps principles

• Excellent communicator – capable of translating complex tech into business impact

• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Must be available to work onsite in Markham, ON 3 days/week
