Job Title: Production Lead – Seafood Processing
Location: Vancouver, BC
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Schedule: Monday–Friday (7:30 AM – 4:30 PM, flexibility required)
Salary: $70,000 annually + Growth Path to Management
We are seeking an experienced Production Lead to join a well-established seafood processing facility in Vancouver. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal
for a senior production operator ready to step into a leadership position and grow into management.
Lead daily production activities on the plant floor
Work alongside team members to ensure efficiency and output
Assist with line setup and production coordination
Monitor workflow across multiple product lines
Ensure production targets and quality standards are met
Support shift organization and troubleshoot issues
Collaborate with QA team on product decisions and rework
Take on increasing leadership responsibilities over time
7–13 years of seafood production experience
Strong knowledge of fish species and product formats
Experience working in seafood processing plants
Ability to support, guide, or lead team members
Strong operational awareness and problem-solving skills
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Basic computer skills
Strong work ethic and reliability
Leadership mindset with growth potential
