The Role:
Before the first shovel hits the ground, the project is already won or lost. We need a analytical mind who can see the future of a project through plans and specs, accurately forecasting its financial and operational reality. Your analysis builds the foundation for our most ambitious builds.

How You'll Contribute:

You'll deconstruct complex project documents to build robust, competitive financial models for major infrastructure work.
Leverage industry-leading digital tools to produce precise data and compelling bid proposals.
Cultivate a powerful network of supply chain partners, negotiating to secure the best value.
Your insights will directly shape bid strategy and empower leadership to make bold, informed decisions.
You'll bridge the gap between the pursuit team and operations, ensuring estimates are both competitive and executable.

What We're Looking For:

A professional with a civil engineering or similar background and over 8 years of experience pricing significant heavy civil and municipal projects.
Master-level skills in specialized estimating software are essential for this role.
You have a portfolio of successful bids you've spearheaded.
You possess a blend of sharp analytical prowess and the commercial acumen to understand what it takes to win and profit.
You're a strategic thinker who enjoys the puzzle of constructing an accurate estimate from the ground up.
