The successful candidate will be expected to work directly with project, business, operational, and supplier stakeholders to develop practical change materials and carry out core change and supplier enablement activities required to support implementation.

Role Purpose:

The Change Management Analyst will support the successful implementation of project changes by developing tangible change management deliverables and leading engagement activities that prepare impacted stakeholders for transition. The candidate will be responsible for creating materials, coordinating and facilitating sessions, and supporting readiness, communication, training, and adoption efforts.

  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder and supplier engagement activities, including working groups, workshops, alignment sessions, demos, walkthroughs, and information sessions.
  • Support supplier enablement activities, including supplier impact assessment, segmentation, communications, engagement, onboarding, training, readiness, and adoption support across relevant program workstreams.
  • Work directly with project, business, operational, internal, and supplier stakeholders to gather information, identify impacts, validate requirements, and translate complex project changes into clear, practical, and audience-appropriate materials.
  • Draft, review, and quality-check communications and change materials for leadership, business users, suppliers, and other impacted audiences, ensuring accuracy, consistency, plain language, and alignment with established program standards, templates, and messaging.
  • Develop and coordinate training and user-support materials to prepare impacted stakeholders for new or changed business processes, systems, and ways of working.
  • Support change impact assessment, stakeholder and supplier readiness, transition planning, pilot or phased rollout, implementation, and post-implementation adoption activities.
  • Coordinate and track change actions, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies, working within established program direction and priorities to ensure timely execution.
  • Proactively produce change artifacts, facilitate engagements, and support execution activities needed to move the initiative forward.

Requirements:
