CookJob Description
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes, menus, and company standards.
- Measure, portion, and prepare ingredients before cooking.
- Ensure food is cooked, presented, and served in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment, utensils, and workstations.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Monitor food quality and ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Store food properly and rotate inventory using FIFO practices.
- Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries.
- Minimize food waste and maintain proper portion control.
- Work efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
- Monday to Friday
- 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM
