  • Draft and coordinate correspondence with clients, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), legal professionals, financial institutions, and other third parties
  • Exercise professional judgment to identify issues, escalate concerns, and determine appropriate next steps
  • Collaborate with partners, managers, and engagement teams to meet deadlines and client expectations
  • Maintain client records and engagement documentation
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, and client service

Key Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in business administration, office administration, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior Administrative Assistant, or similar role within a public accounting, legal, financial services, or other professional services environment preferred
  • Strong attention to detail, proofreading, and document review skills
  • Sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with CaseWare and CCH iFirm is an asset

They are comfortable reviewing complex information, asking thoughtful questions, and using professional judgment to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently. They take ownership of outcomes, anticipate needs, and build strong relationships with both clients and internal team members. If you are looking for a meaningful administrative career where your critical thinking and attention to detail make a direct impact on client service, we would love to hear from you.
