The client is seeking an Intermediate Scrum Master to provide Agile leadership, facilitate delivery, support cross-functional teams, and help teams adopt and continuously improve Agile practices. The ideal candidate will have a strong combination of Scrum Master and Business Analyst experience, particularly within DevOps environments, with hands-on exposure to Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles, practices, and continuous improvement.
Remove impediments and support teams in becoming self-organizing and high-performing.
Collaborate with Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, and refinement.
Facilitate communication between development, operations, business, and technical stakeholders.
Track Agile metrics such as velocity and burndown to improve team performance.
Support requirements gathering, process analysis, gap analysis, and user story development.
Help resolve conflicts and ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Must-Haves

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum/Agile certification.
7+ years of Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in a DevOps environment.
Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD.
Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
Strong backlog management, requirements gathering, and user story experience.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Nice-to-Haves

PMI-ACP, SAFe Scrum Master, or PSM certification.
Agile Coach or Lean Six Sigma certification.
Experience in software development or strong technical environments.
Experience with BPMN/process modeling and gap analysis.
Experience in government or regulated industries such as financial services or healthcare.
Experience with Agile transformation, DevOps transformation, or cloud-native environments.
