Position: Customer Service Representative
Location: Canada,Pickering

Responsibilities:

• Support customers and internal teams with orders, inquiries, and production timelines
• Assist with account management and inside sales functions
• Collaborate with other departments within organization when needed
• Manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism

Requirements:

• Customer service experience in a Manufacturing/Distribution or inside sales environment (Beyond Retail/Call Centre)
• Background in graphics considered an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Must be able to work on-site full-time
