Project Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Project Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in supporting project financials, commission processing, and overall project performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process commission allocations with strong attention to accuracy and detail
• Track and analyze project performance metrics, identifying financial risks and variances
• Support job costing and ensure financial accuracy across projects
• Generate and analyze financial reports, including AR reporting and commission summaries
• Assist Project Managers with system processes, job setup, and ongoing reporting
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy
• Support financial reviews and contribute to improving reporting processes

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with commission processing
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Background in Accounting or Finance
• Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to generate detailed reports and analyze financial data
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders
