Job Overview:

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Testing.
• Good understanding of Salesforce CRM Platform Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Experience in Functional Regression Integration and UAT Testing.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Objects Profiles Roles Permission Sets and Security Models.
• Experience in validating Salesforce Flows Validation Rules and Approval Processes.
• Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Experience in API Testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Strong SQL/SOQL knowledge for data validation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and functional requirements and prepare test strategies and test cases.
• Perform Functional System Integration Regression Smoke and User Acceptance Testing UAT support.
• Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and custom application functionalities.
• Test Salesforce configurations including Flows Validation Rules Approval Processes Workflows and Reports.
• Execute end-to-end testing of Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Identify log track and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with developers business analysts and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Validate data integrity and data migration activities within Salesforce.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint testing activities.
• Prepare test summary reports and maintain test documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in Salesforce Test Automation using Selenium Tosca or Provar.
• Knowledge of Salesforce CPQ Experience Cloud or Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and DevOps practices.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or related Salesforce Certifications.
