Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with over 10 years of experience, including strong expertise in telecom digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all core Scrum practices, experienced in PI Planning, and capable of driving Agile delivery in complex, cross-functional teams. Prior experience supporting telecom clients in a digital context is highly desirable. Scrum certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for digital transformation projects
• Lead PI Planning and manage dependencies across multiple digital feature teams
• Drive Agile best practices, support product delivery, and remove impediments to team progress
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and cross-functional teams in a telecom digital environment
• Promote Agile maturity, team ownership, and continuous delivery across the program
• Monitor team performance using Agile KPIs and metrics; identify areas for improvement
• Coordinate effectively with offshore teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure delivery alignment with client's digital roadmap and timelines

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of total experience in IT/telecom, with 5+ years as a Scrum Master
• Strong background in telecom digital projects—self-serve, e-commerce, digital ordering, mobile/web
• Hands-on experience with SAFe and leading PI Planning
• Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, and ServiceNow
• Scrum certification is mandatory (CSM, SSM, or equivalent)
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
• Experience working with major telecom operators is preferred
