Gateway Toyota is always searching for great employees to add to our team. Our service department is currently looking for an upbeat, friendly and efficient Service Receptionist.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist with any customer inquires
- Coordinate shuttle customers and assist drivers when needed
- Reconcile daily cash reports
- Basic filing
- Take customer payments (basic cash handling)
Requirements:
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management with written and communication skills
- Great customer interaction
