Full-time | Labourers | Carpenter pay based on experience

1 Time Builders Ltd. is hiring formwork carpenters and construction labourers for commercial concrete projects in Edmonton and surrounding area. This is full time, year round employment.

We build grade beams, foundation walls, pile caps, elevator pits and other concrete structures. We're looking for reliable people who take pride in their work, follow instructions and contribute to a productive crew.

What you'll do

Build, stand, brace, close and strip concrete forms.
Work with plywood, lumber, snap ties and conventional forming systems.
Assist with layout, anchor bolts, embeds and concrete placement.
Load, unload and organize tools and materials.
Keep work areas clean and follow site safety requirements.

Experienced carpenters should be comfortable reading drawings and completing formwork tasks with minimal supervision. Labourers will support the crew and learn the work alongside experienced workers.

What we're looking for

Formwork or construction experience is preferred.
Labourers with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
Reliable transportation to assigned job sites.
Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks.
Consistent attendance, punctuality and safe work habits.
Willingness to work early starts and occasional Saturdays.
Out-of-town availability is an asset.
Apprentices and experienced carpenters without a journeyperson ticket are welcome.
