We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to support quick-service restaurant, fast food, and ice cream operations. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor, Restaurant Manager, or Food Service Manager, this role provides friendly, efficient service during all-day operations and rotating shifts, with opportunities to advance into shift lead and supervisor positions.

Responsibilities

Provide courteous customer service and take accurate orders.
Prepare food and ice cream items according to established standards.
Assemble orders accurately and efficiently.
Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system.
Maintain attractive food displays and replenish stock as needed.
Clean and maintain the dining area.
Follow food safety procedures throughout all service activities.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 1 year of food counter service experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience with cash handling and POS operation.
Knowledge of food safety and food preparation practices.
Strong attention to order accuracy.
Experience with inventory replenishment.
Customer service and verbal communication skills.
