FuntoNetwork is seeking a Project Manager - Level 3 for upcoming project opportunity: IT Specialized Services (TBIPS).

• Break Canadian Heritage IT assignments into deliverables with identifiable owners.
• Sequence the Canadian Heritage IT assignments activities around their dependencies.
• Estimate the people and effort needed for each Canadian Heritage IT assignments activity.
• Define completion criteria for the Canadian Heritage IT assignments deliverables.
• Identify decisions that could delay Canadian Heritage IT assignments delivery.
• Assess risks affecting the Canadian Heritage IT assignments delivery plan.
• Resolve competing resource needs across Canadian Heritage IT assignments activities.
• Assess the effect of requested changes on Canadian Heritage IT assignments outputs and timing.
• Review completed Canadian Heritage IT assignments outputs against their agreed criteria.
• Confirm the operating responsibilities for accepted Canadian Heritage IT assignments outputs.

• Demonstrated experience performing Project Manager - Level 3 responsibilities in public-sector, regulated, enterprise, or comparable environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness, confidentiality, and deadline discipline.
• Relevant licenses, certifications, clearances, insurance, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.
