Reception & Mailroom Coordinator

Position: Reception & Mailroom Coordinator

Location: Toronto, ON

Shift: Monday to Friday: 8:00AM to 4:00PM

Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the reception desk and greet visitors professionally.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Prepare and organize outgoing mail and courier shipments.
• Learn and accurately document daily reception and mailroom procedures.
• Create clear process documentation to support a smooth transition.
• Train and provide guidance to the incoming replacement employee.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception and mailroom area.
• Assist with other administrative duties as required

Requirements:

• Previous reception, administrative, mailroom, or office experience is an asset.
• Professional and friendly communication skills.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to learn processes quickly and document information accurately.
• Comfortable training and providing instructions to others.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Proficient with basic computer and office equipment.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be eligible to work 40 hours per week
