  • Providing hands-on leadership while implementing key strategic initiatives and best practices that drive revenue, profitability, and organic growth.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement to maximize productivity and profitability.
  • Maintaining a deep knowledge of the market and industry trends.
  • Identifying growth opportunities, including new markets, geographic expansion and additional lines of business, developing plans to penetrate the new markets and geographies and introduce new lines of business identified, and winning new, profitable business.
  • Forging long term relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
  • Fostering a positive and ethical work environment that is conducive to attracting, retaining, and motivating a diverse group of top-quality employees at all levels.
  • Ensuring a high performing senior management team is in place with development, mentoring and
    succession plans.
  • Ensuring compliance with corporate policies and all applicable legal and regulatory requirements while delivering business results.
  • Evaluating risks and challenges faced by the business. Implementing actions to mitigate risks, overcome
    challenges and create new opportunities.
  • Communicating regularly with DDC Management and, occasionally the Board of Directors of Decisive Dividend, on important issues facing the subsidiary (internal and external).
  • Performing any other duties and responsibilities as required.

Experience and Capabilities:

  • Proven success growing a regional business into multiple geographies, ideally through dealer or distributor networks.
  • Experience in a professionally managed business of approximately $25 million or more, with multiple product lines and increasing organizational complexity.
  • Agricultural machinery experience is strongly preferred; adjacent equipment-sector experience may be considered where international channel growth is highly relevant.
  • Meaningful exposure to both sales and engineering, with the ability to connect customer needs, dealer feedback, technical development, pricing, and commercial execution.
  • Strong practical understanding of financial planning and analysis, including forecasting, budgeting, costing, margin management, pricing, inventory, working capital, and resource allocation.
  • Experience managing outsourced manufacturing partners is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience is more important than formal credentials. Prior full P&L ownership is helpful but not essential if the candidate has strong financial judgment and operating maturity.

Location and Reporting

The role may be based anywhere in North America, with regular travel to Penticton, dealer markets, manufacturing partners, and key customers. The President reports to the leadership of Decisive Dividend Corporation. Major capital investments remain subject to DDC approval.
