At Indigo, we're looking for a Parking Enforcement Administrator to support our national Enforcement team. In this role, you'll be responsible for reporting, analytics, and day-to-day operational support that helps keep our enforcement programs running efficiently across Canada.
The Enforcement Administrator position is responsible for providing reporting, analytics, and day-to-day operational services for the Enforcement department. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Enforcement, this role is a resource for the Enforcement team members to assist with data collection, compilation, processing, and analytics on a variety of platforms.
The Enforcement Administrator provides the necessary data for oversight of day-to-day notice production and disposition, as well as having direct responsibility for enacting the procedures associated with the collection cycle activities of Indigo, and functions as front-line support, coordinating with IT and vendors for technical requirements as needed.
What Would You Be Doing?
- Run closely scheduled registered owner search requests in regions where we have search rights
- Print and mail statements in regions where we have search rights on a similarly structured schedule
- Run reports and compile data for Key Performance Indicator analysis
- Provide initial analysis and trend assessments, looking for inconsistencies and irregularities to bring to the attention of the Enforcement Team
- Tabulate data in Excel, Word, Acrobat, Visio, etc. as required for review and distribution
- Document all search and statement events for finance, reporting and budgeting purposes
- Provide files of new business and daily updates of events to our 3rd party collection agencies
- Monitor and process payments and reversals reported by 3rd parties and branch locations
- Other monthly, quarterly, or ad-hoc reporting and analysis of enforcement operations as situationally required by business operations partners, Guest Services, clients, or leadership
- Participate in system testing, operational rollouts, and change management initiatives related to enforcement technology and procedures
- Maintain vendor relationships and manage invoices and reconciliations
- Other duties as may be assigned
Availability Needed:
- Flexibility to support operational needs across multiple regions and time zones
- Availability to respond to urgent operational escalations outside regular business hours when required
- Evening and weekend availability may be required based on urgent operational demands and project implementations
What Are We Looking For?
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational reporting systems
- Strong Excel and data presentation skills
- Experience with enforcement technology platforms including LPR systems, mobile enforcement applications, handheld devices, and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of parking enforcement operations and/or compliance standards and regional variances are considered an asset
- Postsecondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, Business Analysis, Public Administration, or related field is considered an asset
- Experience in parking enforcement, field operations, compliance operations, security operations, municipal enforcement, or related operational environments is considered an asset
What are the Working Conditions?
- A hybrid of remote work is available, with in-office presence being required for some tasks
- Regular interaction with the National Enforcement team and other internal departments, with situationally required interaction with select vendors and external stakeholders
- Fast-paced operational environment requiring strong attention to detail, adaptability, and ability to pivot and re-prioritize on day-to-day activities
