Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to guide growth strategy.

  • Drive cash flow management and working capital optimization.

  • Develop and monitor KPIs and dashboards for revenue, costs, and pipelines.

  • Provide strategic financial guidance to executive team for decision making.

  • Lead fundraising efforts and investor relations to support expansion.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

  • Identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising growth.

  • Build scalable financial processes and systems to support rapid growth.

  • Manage treasury functions and risk management to safeguard assets.

  • Lead annual audit and liaise with external auditors.

  • Develop talent within the finance team and promote merit-based advancement.


Experience/Qualifications

  • CPA/CA or equivalent, with strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge.

  • 10+ years finance leadership, preferably in growth-stage companies.

  • Proven experience in fundraising and investor relations.

  • Fluent in building scalable FP&A processes and dashboards.

  • Strong cash flow, working capital, and treasury management skills.

  • Track record of implementing internal controls and audit readiness.

  • Strategic advisory mindset with ahigh emphasis on KPIs and data-driven decisions.

  • Talent development: experience building and mentoring finance teams.

  • Experience in risk management and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

  • On-site availability with ability to collaborate closely with executive team.
